As we keep our eye on the weather for rain, we have sunshine and almost spring like temperatures. Just cozy enough to catch a quick camping getaway. Our drainage improvements awhile back has proved to be a success in keeping our campground dry and the gravel mud free. The trails are a bit tacky and the deer are still wandering around leaving their footprints. The horseshoe pit is ready for a game or two. The evenings are just right for a campfire. Winter is my favorite time to explore, less crowds, light traffic and the stillness of peace.
